Lasagna rolls are tasty because they include meat, pasta, and vegetables all in one delicious package. What else could you ask for? To make it a complete meal, grab some garlic toast and a green salad and you’ll have yourself a complete dapper meal.

You don’t need to go to Olive Garden or Maggiano’s when you can have a home-cooked and delicious Italian meal at home. Dim those lights, light up some candles, and grab some wine.

And, yes, you will make a good impression on that special someone you have over.

Ingredients:

*Makes approximately 20 rolls

4oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
10oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
1 ¼ cups Mozzarella Cheese
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
8oz Ricotta Cheese
20oz Ground Turkey or Ground Beef
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
20 Lasagna Noodles, cooked, follow box instruction

Instructions:

Cook turkey meat and season as you please (suggestions are either salt and pepper or just garlic salt). Once meat is cooked, drain out all the excess fat grease from the meat. Then pour ¾ spaghetti sauce and combine.

In a large bowl combine Cream Cheese, Spinach, 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese until well blended.

Once the above is completed and you have your cooked noodles, you are ready to put it all together. Lay lasagna rolls on flat surface, spread approximately 2 tablespoons of meat mixture, 2 tablespoons of spinach mixture and 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese onto the noodle, working from the left to right, leaving a minimum of ¼ of lasagna noodle free. This will allow you to roll the lasagna without mixture falling out. Once all the ingredients are spread onto the noodle, start rolling noodle tightly from left to the right and place seam-side down on a baking dish.

When all lasagna rolls are placed onto your baking dish, spread the remaining spaghetti sauce followed by remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 360* for 30 minutes

Enjoy!
