Safe House stars Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds in an action/crime/mystery film about a young and inexperienced CIA agent (Reynolds) manning a hidden safe house in South Africa. All is going well until he gets the job of his career by having to guard and safely return rouge agent Tobin Frost (Washington). The character Frost is no joke either–he is very sophisticated and well-trained in CIA operations and does not want to be caught.

This movie’s plot was very mysterious from the beginning until the very end. Throughout the film you never go to long without an action scene and that is what makes this movie so awesome. As men, we love movies with a lot of action and we really don’t care about a lot of dialogue. We want action and his movie consistently quenches our thirst.

To date, Safe House has made over $100 million and that number is still on the rise. Safe House has been out for a while now, but I still recommend seeing it however you can. I enjoyed watching it in theaters but this movie will also be very entertaining to watch inside your home. If you would like to make it a movie night, Safe House will be an excellent choice.

On a scale of 1-10 I give this movie a 7. It was very enjoyable to watch and it gets the dapper stamp of approval!
