Nike Air Yeezy 2′s Delayed
The Nike Air Yeezy 2 has been delayed again according to Nike.
For those that don’t know, the Yeezy 2 is a highly anticipated shoe that Kanye West and Nike have teamed up to create. The 2′s will replicate the popularity of the first pair from 2009 and probably set sales records across the United States and possibly across the world.
The Nike Air Yeezy 2 is a dapper-looking sneaker that will more than likely sell out in minutes like The Jordan 11′s or the Nike Foamposite Galaxy. The shoe is supposed to be released in several different colors and is rumored to be glow-in-the-dark. The shoes are also rumored to come with a purple dust bag and a wooden humidor-like box, but everything about this shoe is being tightly guarded.
There are only a handful of people who have a pair of these shoes; including Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Kobe Bryant. There is also a strong possibility that Kobe could have worn his pair at the 2012 NBA All-Star game or his December 25th Christmas day game had he chosen to.
The whispered price tag is $250, but that will probably go up as the demand increases for this highly coveted shoe.
