The new kits will be in action this summer for the UEFA Euro Cup and each federation is equipped with its own Nike Pro Combat base layer that provides added protection and comfort for players.
The uniforms are constructed using Nike Dri-FIT technology, which makes them 23% lighter and 20% stronger. The shirts also feature laser-cut ventilation holes that regulate player temperatures during a match.
The short fabric is 100% recycled polyester and the shirts are 96% recycled polyester. Each kit is made using an average of 13 recycled plastic bottles to keep in line with Nike’s committment to lowering environmental impact.
The design of each kit was inspired by the national identity and football culture of every nation. Nike has also released a clothing line for soccer fans to show off their national pride.
