Fresh off her divorce from Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has landed on the cover of the August edition of Elle. She seems to be taking the break up in stride–even saying that she feels “sexier now than ever.” Yes, even more sexy than when she played the character of “Joey Potter” on Dawson’s Creek. When asked about her ex and the divorce, she said the following:
“He has been Tom Cruise for 30 years. I know who I am and where I am and where I want to go, so I want to focus on that…Things are not handed to anyone. If anything, you work a little bit harder when you’re in such visible circumstances.”
