According to various reports, Amazon is in the process of developing a new phone that will be good enough to compete against Apple’s iPhone and Google’s Android. Currently, Amazon is seeking wireless patents for their new device and is teaming up with Foxconn to produce the device. If successful, Amazon can pose a legitimate threat against “The Big 2″ and maybe knock one of them out because they already have an established marketplace. Books, songs, movies, and much more are all available through Amazon and if the phone is carefully designed it could become a huge success.
