October 2012 will mark the release of good kid, m.A.A.d. city–the major label debut for the talented Compton MC Kendrick Lamar. The album is getting a ton of hype due to Dr. Dre’s involvement and Kendrick himself is proclaiming it will be “the greatest hip-hop album of the last 20 years.” To get us a little more excited for the release, Kendrick has dropped a single entitled “Swimming Pools (Drank)” that is a good indicator of how well-produced this album really is.
