It’s no secret that Samsung makes some of the best cell phones and tablets in the entire world–but are they simply copying Apple? Some would argue yes while others would justify Apple’s designs shouldn’t be trademarked in the first place. All the while, Apple is in the middle of a vicious court battle against Samsung for copyright infringement and stand to win millions of dollars if they can prove their case.
